Arianna Orpello, Senior Vice President, Head of Brand and Channel Marketing for TD Bank, has been named by NJBIZ as one of its 40 Under 40 honorees for 2018. Orpello was recognized alongside fellow honorees on September 20 at a gala at iPlay America in Freehold, New Jersey.

In addition to her role driving brand strategy and advertising for the bank, Orpello founded and chairs TD Bank's Millennial Focus Group. This cross-functional group of under-40 employees provides insight and perspective to better shape marketing and brand strategies. These colleagues deliver ongoing intelligence to focus initiatives for millennial stakeholders and address pain points.

"Since joining TD Bank in 2015, Arianna has led efforts to transform TD's marketing and customer experience efforts, internally and externally, while driving our culture," said Pat McLean, Chief Marketing Officer. "From day one, Arianna proved to be a strong marketer, creative brand strategist, and energetic champion for millennial consumers and colleagues."

"I am thrilled to be recognized alongside some of the best and brightest in New Jersey," Orpello said. "But most importantly, I am excited to represent TD Bank. It's an honor to work with so many inspiring colleagues to promote our extraordinary brand and culture."

The NJBIZ 40 Under 40 awards honor young professionals under the age of 40 making moves in the Garden State. Following a nomination process, entries were evaluated by an independent panel of judges to recognize five honorees in eight categories. For more information, visit NJBIZ.com.
