High Line Honey concludes its year-long initiative to highlight the vital role bees play in sustaining the planet's food supply and ecosystems. Please join us at the High Line Honey Harvest Event on July 14th on the High Line at 16th Street. The Chelsea Market Passage will be buzzing with activity, including an educational presentation by Andrew’s Honey, honey tasting stations, and walls of indigenous flowers, just to name a few.

The initiative is expected to produce 100 to 150 pounds of sustainable, rooftop honey from beehives tended by Andrew Coté (Andrew's Honey) in the Chelsea neighborhood, near the High Line. All honey harvested will be sold at the July event to help support the park. High Line Honey, like all honey produced by Coté, is 100% pure, raw, local, unheated and kosher. To maximize its health benefits, the honey will be filtered using only cheesecloth and will not be pasteurized.
