The annual #TDThanksYou campaign is a time to show TD clients gratitude. The campaign celebrates clients in exciting and unique ways, playing a key role in making them feel appreciated.
At TD, we believe that people matter, and that belief is at the heart of the relationships we have with each and every client. We are focused on building long-term relationships with the people and communities we serve.
Each of our clients has a story. This year's #TDThanksYou campaign celebrates some of our clients’ life milestones, achievements, and the everyday moments we're proud to share with them.
These include buying homes, opening businesses, retiring, and sending children off to college and university. As a bank, TD has the opportunity and privilege to be part of it — and we're so thankful.

For the 2025 #TDThanksYou campaign, we created series of stories about clients that highlight a milestone they recently accomplished and how grateful the Bank is to have been a part of it.

Victoria's story:
For more than 20 years, Victoria worked in the nail industry with a dream of opening a spa. But being a female entrepreneur is no easy task, and taking the risk to start her own business felt overwhelming and out of reach.
The help she received from her TD advisor, Suzy, made it feel possible.
Jim and Natalie's story:
Jim and Natalie were looking to make smart financial decisions for their growing family, most notably finding a property where they could live and also open their home daycare business.
Their TD advisor, Katherine, worked with them to create a plan and helped the couple navigate through it all.
An interactive installation in Toronto
The Bank also unveiled an interactive heart activation in Toronto’s Union Station. The sentiment behind the TD green heart is to symbolically demonstrate that clients are at the heart of everything we do.
The installation offers a unique experience for TD clients, who can tap their TD Access Card or TD credit card to have their name displayed on the heart. TD clients can then take a picture to post on social media using the hashtag #TDThanksYou.
The interactive installation runs from September 29 to October 31.
