Banking Safely
The best way to bank right now is from home using our mobile app or by going online. If you need help getting started, check out these tutorials and guides.
For the health and safety of everyone, services offered in our branches are for urgent matters that require in‑person assistance. Our frontline colleagues are working hard to implement physical distancing standards while serving you, and we appreciate your patience and understanding with these changes. We suggest you book an appointment online in advance of arriving at a branch.
You can find out more on our COVID‑19 site, including additional support we are offering, such as a new process in our contact centres that gives front of the line service for our customers over 75 years old and healthcare professionals. Using information already shared with us, we identify and automatically prioritize them in our queue.
Most importantly, we want you to stay safe. Please follow public health guidelines and do not visit a branch if you have any cold or flu‑like symptoms, or should be self‑isolating because you have been exposed to COVID‑19 or due to travel.
We know you are going through a lot right now and you place a lot of trust in where you choose to bank. Thank you for placing your trust in us.
