SAINT-ROMUALD, QC, March 20 /CNW/ - As part of its commitment to increase its presence in growing communities in Canada, particularly in Québec, TD Canada Trust is proud to announce the grand opening of its branch located at 730 de la Concorde in Saint-Romuald, Québec. The new branch will offer a wide range of products and services as well as the services of six customer service representatives, three financial service representatives, one manager personal financial services, as well as the services of a TD Waterhouse financial planner, all of whom want to help their customers achieve their financial goals. "Customer service is our number one priority at TD Canada Trust," said Patrick Shannon, Branch Manager. "We want to provide customers with personalized service and advice, thus ensuring that each have a comfortable banking experience." The new 4,500 sq. ft. branch has been designed and built taking into account our customers' accessibility requirements. It includes a multi-service Green Machine ABM and a drive-through Green Machine ABM, both with 24-hour access. The grand opening festivities were held on March 15, 2007 during a cocktail reception which was attended by Carole Théberge, MLA for Lévis and Minister of Families, Seniors and the Status of Women; Steven Blaney, Conservative MP for Lévis-Bellechasse; Jean-Luc Daigle, Municipal Councillor for the city of Lévis; Magda Bassili, Vice President, TD Canada Trust; and Patrick Shannon, Manager of the Saint-Romuald branch. Clément Genest, spokesperson for La Maison de Quartier, also attended the event. On behalf of TD Canada Trust, Mr. Shannon took this opportunity to issue a cheque to La Maison Quartier for $2,000. This charitable organization provides direct services to handicapped individuals and their families.
