The new branch is TD Canada Trust's second location in Mount Pearl and offers a full array of personal and small business products and services as well as four Financial Services Representatives and on-site access to a professional TD Waterhouse Financial Planner dedicated to helping customers meet their financial goals. "This is an exciting time to be here," said Sherrie Lambe, Branch Manager. "Mount Pearl is the second largest city in Newfoundland, and, with strong ties to the oil, gas, and mining industries, as well as a strengthening IT sector, it's one of the fastest growing cities in Atlantic Canada." "We're especially pleased to be located at Pearlgate Power Centre, one of the busiest shopping areas in the Mount Pearl area because of its central location," added Lambe. The new 3,200 square foot branch has been designed and built taking into consideration the accessibility needs of our customers and features one full-service Green Machine ABM which is available 24 hours per day. Earlier today, Steve Kent, Mayor, City of Mount Pearl; Lisa Driscoll, Regional Senior Vice President, Atlantic Region, TD Canada Trust; and Christine Barr, District Vice President, Northeastern Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland, TD Canada Trust will be on hand to celebrate the grand opening of the branch as well as Branch Manager Sherrie Lambe and her team. In addition, Sherrie will present a donation of $5,000, on behalf of TD Canada Trust to the Ross King Memorial Library.
