AIRDRIE, AB, Dec. 3 /CNW/ - TD Canada Trust today announced the grand
opening of its second location in Airdrie as part of its 1,100+ branch network
in diverse communities across Canada. Located at 2700 Main Street, Unit 200
(CO-OP Mall), grand opening festivities included a $5,000 donation courtesy of
TD Friends of the Environment Foundation to the City of Airdrie, the kick off
for a draw for two bicycles, children's activities and refreshments.

the fast growing needs of our customers we've been opening convenient new
locations throughout the province. In the last week alone, we've had three
grand openings, not including today's openings in Airdrie and Lethbridge,"

famous longer hours and award-winning customer service to Airdrie's CO-OP Mall
neighbourhood."

Today at 11:00 a.m., Ron McInnis, Senior Vice President, Prairie Region,
TD Canada Trust, Tom Price, District Vice President, Calgary North, TD Canada
Trust, John Stringile, Branch Manager, TD Canada Trust Tower Mall branch and
Steph Brundige, Branch Manager were joined by Mayor Linda Bruce to celebrate
the grand opening with an official ribbon cutting and cheque presentation.
Guests also enjoyed refreshments and children's activities.
The new CO-OP Mall branch offers a full array of personal and small
business products and services as well as two Financial Advisors and two
Financial Services Representatives. The 3,900 square foot branch is wheelchair
accessible and features one full-service Green Machine ABM which is available
24 hours per day.
TD Canada Trust also celebrated the relocation of its downtown branch to
the Tower Mall at 505 Main Street S today. The new location continues to offer
two Financial Services Advisors and four Financial Services Representatives
with the addition of one Small Business Advisor, one Financial Planner and one
TD Waterhouse Investment Advisor.
Both branches are dedicated to helping customers reach their financial
goals while providing a comfortable experience. With TD Canada Trust's
extended hours, branch hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Wednesday;
8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Thursday & Friday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday.
