- TD renews its commitment over a three-year term - - This year's events will include live entertainment by popular 80's music bands - TORONTO, June 15 /CNW/ - As Toronto gears up for another exciting and fun-filled Pride Week, Pride Toronto announced today that TD Canada Trust has renewed its commitment to the week-long event by signing on as the festival's Premier Sponsor for a three-year term, beginning in 2009. TD Canada Trust activities during Pride Week 2009 include: - The TD Canada Trust Wellesley Stage: Put your dancing shoes on and shimmy down memory lane as you listen to live concert performances from 80's music icons ABC, Wang Chung, Heaven 17, and Cutting Crew on Sunday, June 28. Also scheduled to perform and thrill party and music lovers are superstars Fritz Helder & the Phantoms, Esthero and many others. - From Friday, June 26 to Sunday, June 28, families can visit the TD Canada Trust Fun Zone and also check out the TD Canada Trust Misting Station. The ever popular TD Canada Trust Boys and Girls will also be on site and will be ready to strike a pose for photos at any moment. - The Church/Wellesley and Yonge/Carlton TD Canada Trust branches are open every Saturday from 8:00am - 4:00pm and will be serving a large number of the people who attend Pride Week 2009.
