TD Canada Trust scored highest in ATM banking excellence, online banking excellence, telephone banking, recommend to friends and family and overall customer service excellence among the Big 5 Banks TORONTO, Aug. 20 /CNW/ - TD Canada Trust has been ranked No. 1 in customer service excellence among the top 5 banks for the fifth year in a row by global market research firm Synovate. Conducted quarterly among a sample of 39,000 Canadians ended August 2009, this year's Synovate Customer Service Index (CSI) survey ranked the top five banks in eleven Best Banking Awards categories. TD Canada Trust was the sole winner in five of them and shared top ranking in the rest.
