TORONTO, Oct. 4 /CNW/ - TD Securities, the investment dealer arm of TD Bank Financial Group, is pleased to announce the expansion of its International Fixed Income Business. Based in London, the European Corporate Trading Team will trade over 250 different investment grade credits, representing a broad range of sectors, including corporates and financials.

TD Securities is a leading dollar-block currency trader and adding a European Corporate Trading team allows the firm to further diversify its product offering to better serve its global clients.

"Our European Corporate Trading team will add breadth and depth to our successful Fixed Income business," said Moti Jungreis, Global Head of Currency Trading and International Fixed Income. "Adding the capability to trade Euro-denominated corporate bonds means that we're continuing to grow and strengthen our currency franchise."

The TD Securities European Corporate Trading team is led by Michael Murphy, Michael Wojtowicz and James Darwin, and brings significant industry experience to TD Securities. The Team Leaders working most recently at Collins Stewart and, previously, BNP Paribas and Barclays Capital.
