HAMILTON, ON, Dec. 3 /CNW/ - Banking in Binbrook just got a little more comfortable with the opening of the first TD Canada branch in the area. Located at 3030 Regional Road 56 in Binbrook, the 5,100 square foot branch offers customers an innovative approach to banking.
Features of the new branch include:
- An open concept design that helps TD serve customers better by moving financial specialists out from behind desks and right into the presence of customers.
- A Community Boardroom designed for use by groups of customers including families, businesses and not-for-profit groups. This room is available free-of-charge and includes business services such as video conferencing capabilities and a printer.
- Digital Displays mounted throughout the branch to provide customers with current information about TD products and services.
- A Customer Lounge with a coffee station lets customers wait in comfort if they arrive early for an appointment or are waiting for their friends or family to complete their banking.
"We're excited about bringing this innovative new branch to Binbrook and feedback from our customers has already been very positive," says Scott Jolly, Branch Manager, TD Canada Trust. "We've designed this branch to provide a welcoming environment that invites customers in, emphasizes personal service, and provides easy access to a range of information and financial expertise."
As part of TD's ongoing commitment to the community, grand-opening festivities also included a $5,000 donation to the Binbrook Conservation Area from the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation, which will go towards the Gatehouse Walking Trail.
The new branch is wheelchair accessible and features one full-service Green Machine ATM which is available 24 hours per day. In addition, the new location offers a full array of personal and small business products and services as well as Agricultural Services and four Financial Services Representatives.
As part of TD Canada Trust's extended hours, branch hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Wednesday; 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
