Latest version of the TD mobile app allows online investors to trade on the go, via all three major smartphone platforms
TORONTO, March 19, 2012 /CNW/ - TD is taking comfort and convenience to the next level with the launch of an enhanced version of its popular mobile app, giving online investors increased flexibility by allowing them to place trades on the go using their mobile device.
"This new capability builds on the existing features and functionality of the TD mobile app, which already allows investors to research, monitor and track investments, transfer funds between TD banking and investing accounts, and manage custom watchlists," said Paal Kaperdal, Senior Vice President, Online Channel, TD Bank Group. Place real-time trades with speed and ease
Clients who manage their portfolios through TD Waterhouse Discount Brokerage can now buy and sell investments - including Canadian and U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds - and change or cancel unfilled orders using the TD mobile app.
