ST. JOHN'S, April 16, 2013 /CNW/ - TD Canada Trust will officially open its 50th full-service branch in Atlantic Canada, located at Aberdeen and Stavanger in St. John's. The grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday, April 20, 2013 during which TD Friends of the Environment Foundation will make a financial contribution to The Quidi Vidi - Rennie's River Development Foundation. TD Canada Trust will also make a financial contribution to Young Adult Cancer Canada.

When: Saturday April 20th
Grand opening event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Ribbon cutting and cheque presentation at 11:30 a.m.
What: Atlantic cook-off featuring eight local restaurants
Live music by Station Road
Face painting and balloon twisting
Donation to Young Adult Cancer Canada and The Quidi Vidi - Rennie's River Development Foundation
