Power as the “Highest in Customer Satisfaction among the Big Five Retail Banks.”1 This recognition from customers is in addition to previous awards including the Ipsos Best Banking Award in Customer Service Excellence among the Big 5 Banks2 and the Reader's Digest Most Trusted BrandTM Award for Bank/Trust Company.

ATMs were also part of the customer thanking experience, as an Automated Thanking MachineTM, delivered a few personalized life-changing moments to some customers in four local branches. A special #TDThanksyou video captured the surprise experience.
