J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Study ranks TD Small Business Banking Highest

TORONTO, Sept. 26, 2014 /CNW/ - Known for putting customers first and evolving to meet their changing needs, TD has built its reputation on a commitment to exceptional customer service and convenience. In recognition of this dedication to customers, TD Small Business Banking has received the highest ranking in customer satisfaction by the J.D. Power 2014 Canadian Small Business Banking Customer Satisfaction Study.

"Our strategy is all about delivering the best service and advice to our customers each and every day, always looking for ways to better meet their needs," said Paul Douglas, Executive Vice President, Business Banking, TD Canada Trust. "This recognition from our Small Business Banking customers is demonstration that we are executing this strategy with excellence and that it's resonating with our customers across the country."

"We wouldn't be in this business if it wasn't for our customers, and we're thankful for their support and this acknowledgment," adds Douglas.

Results from this year's study illustrate investments TD Small Business Banking has made to enhance its product line up and further engage customers. This was reflected in the study by strong gains in areas such as branch performance, credit services, account manager knowledge and product offerings.
