HALIFAX, Oct. 1, 2014 /CNW/ - TD Canada Trust will officially open a new full-service branch located at St. Margarets Bay Road and Peggys Cove Road in the growing Upper Tantallon community. During the opening, TD Friends of the Environment Foundation will make a financial contribution to support the Rails for Trails initiative.

Sunday, October 5, 2014
Grand opening event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Ribbon cutting and cheque presentation at 2:00 p.m.

'People In Our Neighbourhood' event - interactive community displays from local businesses and community groups
Family friendly activities like face painting and a photo booth
BBQ and refreshments
Donation to Halifax Regional Municipality and The St. Margaret's Bay Area Rails to Trail Association
