TD Insurance's single source solution to offer auto insurance customers greater convenience

TD Insurance auto insurance customers will be able to perform all the steps of an auto collision repair process at one convenient location.
TORONTO, Jan. 28, 2015 /CNW/ - TD Insurance is teaming up with its preferred vendors to provide greater convenience to its auto insurance customers with a new, complete one-stop shop solution for auto collision repairs.
Starting February 2, 2015, TD Insurance auto insurance customers will be able to complete all the steps of an auto collision repair process – file a claim, drop off their vehicle, get their vehicle appraised, repaired, and if needed, rent a car – all at one location. In addition, they will only need to deal with one contact throughout the claims process – the TD Insurance adjuster onsite assigned to the claim.
The first TD Insurance site to start offering this initiative is at 4700, 1st Street SE, Calgary.

Customers will also enjoy greater flexibility in dropping off and picking up their vehicles. The site will extend its opening hours on Mondays to Fridays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and operate on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, TD Insurance auto customers can call 1 866-848-9744.
