TORONTO, Jan. 22, - For the second year in a row TD has been included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index. The Bloomberg-created index showcases organizations that have made a strong commitment to gender equality and takes into consideration internal company statistics, employee policies, external community support and engagement, and gender-conscious product offerings.

The 2018 index is comprised of 104 organizations with headquarters in 24 countries. Each of the companies listed on the index earned a 60-plus score based on the underlying gender disclosures and best-in-class policies and practices for fiscal year 2017. TD’s GEI score is well above the threshold at 77.57.
