CHERRY HILL, N.J., August 18, 2021 – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank®, announced today that Mary A. Winston has been elected to its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2021.
A highly experienced executive and corporate board member, Winston is currently President & CEO of WinsCo Enterprises in Charlotte, N.C., which provides financial and board advisory consulting services to large corporations and their boards. During her career, Winston has served as interim CEO of Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. and as Chief Financial Officer at Family Dollar Stores Inc., Giant Eagle Inc., and Scholastic Corp. Winston also served in senior financial roles with Pfizer Inc. and Visteon and began her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen.

She also serves on the Board of the National Association of Corporate Directors and is a member of the board of The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art.
Winston holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, Marketing and International Business from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School. She is a certified public accountant.
