CHERRY HILL, N.J., March 24, 2020- TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank®, recognizes the commitment of our employees who are unable to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic and continue to come to work to perform essential services for our customers. Eligible employees will also receive up to two additional paid personal days for work during the same period. These paid personal days are in addition to the up to 10 paid personal days previously announced.

"We continue helping our customers with their banking needs thanks in large part to our front-line employees and others unable to work from home," said Greg Braca, President and CEO of TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank. "The health and well-being of our employees is a top priority, and we continue to do our part to protect our employees and customers and help slow the spread of the Coronavirus across the communities we serve."

Added Braca, "We understand the difficulties faced by our on-site employees as schools, adult care and other support systems are closed in many states where we operate. We don't want them worrying about personal time off when taking care of their loved ones. We are grateful for their hard work and extend our deep appreciation to them during this difficult time."
