CHERRY HILL, N.J., June 26, 2024 — TD Bank received the highest ranking in online banking satisfaction among national banks, according to the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Online Banking Satisfaction Study SM.

TD Bank achieved an overall score of 672 out of 1,000 in the U.S. National Banking Online segment, 19 points ahead of the segment average. In addition, TD had the largest rise in satisfaction, 20 points, for the U.S. National Banking App segment.

The U.S. Banking Mobile App Satisfaction, U.S. Online Banking Satisfaction, U.S. Credit Card Mobile App Satisfaction and U.S. Online Credit Card Satisfaction studies are based on responses from more than 17,843 retail bank and credit card customers nationwide. The study, which was fielded February - March 2024, measures overall satisfaction with banking and credit card digital channels based on four factors: navigation; speed; visual appeal; and information/content.
