Jill Gateman
Since joining TD in 2023, Jill has led the strategy, growth and performance of TD’s U.S. Commercial Banking franchise. Her second consecutive recognition on American Banker’s ranking of The Most Powerful Women in Banking reflects her leadership in advancing a more focused strategy centered on deeper corporate relationships, industry expertise and stronger collaboration with TD Securities. This approach has supported TD’s Investor Day commitments by strengthening relationship depth, improving return on equity and growing core loans. Jill also established a Corporate Advisory team to optimize opportunities with Investment Banking, contributing to record fee revenue and helped drive a 50% increase in lead-left Corporate Banking relationships. Her strategic leadership continues to improve efficiency, strengthen core businesses and sharpen TD’s client focus.
Jo Jagadish
During her six years at TD, Jo has drawn on her deep expertise and focus on innovation to help shape modern banking. She leads TD’s U.S. Digital Banking, Payments and Consumer Deposits businesses and serves as Interim Head of Enterprise Payments, advancing seamless, client-centered omnichannel experiences. In her previous role as Head of Commercial Bank Products and Services for the U.S. Commercial Bank, she led Product P&L for Transaction Banking, Deposits and Merchant Acquiring and oversaw innovative launches including U.S. Business Central, Zelle for Small Business and the award-winning rollouts of Tap to Pay on iPhone and the Small Business Insights Dashboard.
