Koziel is the Associate Vice President, Layer 6, Gen AI Delivery and describes his role at TD as bringing AI to market and putting it in the hands of clients and colleagues. He says Banks like TD have been embedding AI models into their processes for years. What's different now, is the scale of AI – and that with free generative AI tools readily available, the general public can experience AI and begin to understand its potential.
