For nearly 60 years, the TD Art Collection has been sparking conversation.

The museum-quality collection, which spans the Bank's North American footprint – from British Columbia to Atlantic Canada, and throughout the eastern United States – includes more than 8,000 works, including 2,000 by Indigenous and Inuit artists.

The works include many artistic media, such as painting, photography, video, and now, AI.

Stuart Keeler, Senior Curator at TD, joins host Grant McDonald as he stewards the TD Art Collection into the AI era.

How are Canadian artists thinking about and using AI? What opportunities does AI present in the art world? And can AI enhance, or hinder, creativity?

With a front-row seat to the art world, Keeler considers questions like these regularly.

He'll share what he's learned speaking with artists and will help shed light on how he thinks AI can influence creativity and challenge thinking.

In today's episode, Keeler cites Iranian-Canadian artist Sanaz Mazinani who integrates AI into her artistic practice. Her works are featured in the TD Art Collection.
