LYNN VALLEY, VANCOUVER, March 20 /CNW/ - As part of its commitment to
building a strong presence in Canada's many diverse and growing communities,
TD Canada Trust today announced the grand opening of its branch located at
3096 Mountain Hwy at the corner of Mountain Hwy and Lynn Valley Road in North
Vancouver. The new branch offers a wide array of products and services as well
as two Financial Service Representatives, two Financial Advisors and a
professional Financial Planner dedicated to helping customers meet their
financial goals.
"This new branch confirms TD Canada Trust's commitment to face-to-face
customer service. Customers tell us that they like the option of being able to
talk to someone in person, and to have someone available to listen to their
needs," said Geoff Pate, Branch Manager. "New condos are being built in this
area to meet new growth requirements and we're delighted to be able to provide
the kind of service customers want at our new branch at Lynn Valley."
TD Canada Trust is dedicated to providing customers with a comfortable
banking experience - offering the products and services they want, when they
want it, in a way they understand and appreciate. For example, TD Canada Trust
offers services in multiple languages, both in branch and at its ABMs
(automated banking machines).
The new 5,000 square foot branch has been designed and built taking into
consideration the accessibility needs of our customers. The new branch also
features eight private sit-down areas as well as one full-service vestibule
Green Machine ABM, which are accessible 24 hours a day.
At 2:00 pm today, Geoff Pate, Branch Manager and Kerry Peacock, Senior
Vice President, Pacific Region, TD Canada Trust, will be on hand to celebrate
the grand opening of the branch as well as Richard Walton, Mayor, District of
North Vancouver, Daniel Jarvis, MLA, North Vancouver and Bill MacDonald,
Director of The Artists for Kid's Trust.
In addition, Geoff Pate will present Bill MacDonald with a donation of
$1850, on behalf of TD Canada Trust to the Artist for Kid's Trust. This
charitable organization is dedicated to providing quality art experiences to
more than 5000 young people each year. Together some of Canada's best known
artists and art educators inspire young people in schools and the community to
value artistic expression.
Branch hours are from Monday to Wednesday, 9am-6pm, Thursday to Friday,
9am-8pm, and Saturday 9am-3pm.
