New McNeely branch to serve residents, cottagers, and Hwy 7 commuters OTTAWA, Oct. 13 /CNW/ - As part of its commitment to building a strong presence in Canada's many diverse and growing communities, TD Canada Trust today announced the grand opening of its branch located at 565 McNeely Ave. in Carleton Place, Ont. Joining in the festivities were His Worship, Paul Dulmage, Major of Carleton Place, Gary Dunne, Senior Vice President, Ontario North and East Region, TD Canada Trust, Ken Alger, District Vice President Ottawa Central and West, TD Canada Trust, Branch Manager Susan Maloney and Bonnie Jones, Chairperson for the Lanark County Food Bank. The new branch offers a wide array of products and services as well as two Financial Advisors, two Financial Service Representatives and a professional Financial Planner dedicated to helping customers meet their financial goals. "We're very excited to be bringing TD Canada Trust's No. 1 in Canada, award-winning customer service into the thriving McNeely Avenue community. This new branch is meeting a need in this area which is experiencing dramatic growth due to the ongoing widening of highway 7, vibrant tourism, proximity to Ottawa and a diverse economy," said Susan Maloney, Branch Manager. "We are looking forward to providing our Carleton Place customers with a comfortable banking experience, including the products and services they want, when they want it, in a way they understand and appreciate," added Maloney. The new 4,500 square foot branch has been designed and built taking into consideration the accessibility needs of customers. It also features eight private seating areas, a full-service vestibule Green Machine ABM and one drive-through ABM, both accessible 24 hours a day. This location also features TD Canada Trust's new expanded branch hours: Monday to Wednesday, 8am -6pm, Thursday and Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm. On behalf of TD Canada Trust, Susan Maloney presented Bonnie Jones with a donation of $1,200 to the Lanark County Food Bank, a charitable organization dedicated to ensuring that no one in our community goes hungry.
