TORONTO, April 28 /CNW/ - Is it possible to make the world a better place? The answer from Canada's youth is a resounding yes. Students across the country positively impact their local communities every day. For the 16th year in a row, TD Scholarships for Community Leadership will acknowledge and award each of the top 20 young game-changers from across the country with a post-secondary scholarship valued up to $70,000.
From fighting discrimination and bullying, to organizing food drives at home and abroad, to creating environmental and sustainability platforms - these are just a few ways this determined and visionary crop of young leaders have taken action in their communities.
