Cherry Hill, NJ – July 31, 2023 – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank®, today announced that Tara John has been named Head of Human Resources, TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank®. Tara will be responsible for building organizational capability and driving the talent strategy to deliver against business priorities with teams across the U.S.

Prior to this role, Tara was Head of Human Resources for U.S. Commercial Banking, accountable for leading the development and implementation of the Commercial Banking people strategy.
Tara has spent over 20 years in the financial services industry and has experience in both front-line sales and human resources. Tara has worked in both Canada and the United States and during her tenure in Human Resources she has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, risk and regulatory, human resources strategy, organizational design, talent management, and learning and development.
