The management proxy circular contains information for shareholders about TDBFG's annual meeting planned for March 29, 2007 in Montréal, Québec including voting information for TDBFG's Board of Directors, appointment of the auditor, shareholder proposals, amendments to TDBFG's By-law No. 1 and amendments to the stock option plans.
