In the last year alone these customers - who have signed up for TD Canada Trust's Paperless Record Keeping option - have saved more than 35 million sheets of paper. "Our customers tell us they want green options and we've responded, from paperless banking to green mortgages to a discount on your auto insurance if you drive a hybrid," said Chris Stamper, Vice President, Core Banking and Debit Payments, TD Canada Trust. "We're thrilled our customers are embracing environmentally friendly choices and if we can stay on pace, we'll reach four million paperless banking customers by the end of the year." Paperless Record Keeping is available at no charge for TD chequing and savings account holders. Up to 18 months of transaction records can be viewed and customers can access their records online through EasyWeb, over the phone with EasyLine, or in-person at a TD Canada Trust branch or at a Green Machine ABM.
