TORONTO, Nov. 22, 2018 /CNW/ - TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM), the manager of TD Mutual Funds, announced today changes to the risk rating on the TD Nasdaq® Index Fund, TD Advantage Balanced Income Portfolio and TD Comfort Balanced Income Portfolio.

The risk ratings for the following funds will be changing as indicated below.

These changes will be reflected in an amendment to the TD Mutual Funds' Simplified Prospectus and if applicable, the amended Fund Facts, that will be filed with the Canadian securities regulators on or about November 22, 2018.

These risk rating changes are in accordance with the methodology mandated by the Canadian Securities Administrators (the CSA). There are no changes to the investment objectives, strategies or management of the funds. A summary of the CSA's risk classification methodology, the investment objectives and the investment strategies can be found in the applicable TD Mutual Funds Simplified Prospectus available at https://www.tdassetmanagement.com.
