Header-Inside TD Terrace, the new skyscraper changing the Toronto skyline
• Jun 5, 2024

It's not every day you get a chance to change the Toronto skyline. The teams behind TD Terrace – the Bank's newest office space at 160 Front Street West in Toronto – see this project as legacy-defining, not only for its architectural significance, or its addition to the global image of Canada’s largest city, but for its contribution to the TD colleague experience.

"When I was younger, I remember growing up in Toronto and being able to see the TD Tower from anywhere in the city," says Kenn Lalonde, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at TD.

"I never dreamed that I'd work for an organization that makes such a prominent mark on the skyline of the city I call home. TD's presence in Toronto is intrinsic to defining our legacy and is a reflection of our longstanding commitment."

"TD Terrace is unlike any office tower we've built. It's designed to look and feel different. We want to offer colleagues a new, avant-garde experience."

The LEED-certified TD Terrace, a project in collaboration with commercial real estate company Cadillac Fairview, will officially open its doors in 2024, but the physical structure of the 47-storey building is nearly complete.
