- TD marks grand opening of its second branch in Grande Prairie with $5000 donation to youth emergency shelter. GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB, March 18 /CNW/ - Grande Prairie sure has a lot to celebrate - it's been named one of the best places to live in Canada, it's celebrating 50 years as a city and, today, TD Canada Trust announced the grand opening of its new Cobblestone Plaza branch, bringing TD's famous longer hours and award winning service to this booming East Grande Prairie neighbourhood. Located at 9940 92nd Street in Grande Prairie, the new branch offers a full array of personal and small business products and services as well as a Financial Advisor, two Financial Services Representatives, and access to a professional TD Waterhouse Financial Planner dedicated to helping customers meet their financial goals. "As the city continues to grow, we are excited to be bringing our award-winning face-to-face customer service, and convenient hours to even more Grande Prairie customers," said Jason Lagace, Branch Manager. The new 5,500 square foot branch has been designed and built taking into consideration the accessibility needs of customers and features one full-service Green Machine ABM and one drive-through Green Machine ABM which are accessible 24 hours a day. At 10 am today, Ron McInnis, Senior Vice President, Prairie Region, TD Canada Trust; Ed Michielsen, District Vice President, TD Canada Trust and Jason Lagace, Branch Manager were on hand to celebrate the grand opening with an official ribbon cutting. In addition, Jason Lagace presented the Sunrise House, a local emergency youth shelter, with a donation cheque of $5000 on behalf of TD Canada Trust. TD Canada Trust has the most convenient hours in Canada. Branch hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Wednesday; 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Thursday and Friday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday.
