VANCOUVER, May 5 /CNW/ - High school students will join The Historica-Dominion Institute and special guest Monika Deol in an afternoon of interactive dialogue to kick off Asian Heritage Month with leaders from Vancouver's Asian community. The event will be held in celebration of the launch of the Asia-Canada Portal website, a comprehensive resource highlighting the important history, contributions, and future of Asian communities in Canada, with content from The Canadian Encyclopedia. The event is generously sponsored by TD Bank Group.
