TD Bank, AMCB

The people of TD Bank consider ourselves fortunate to be able to serve and work closely with you and so many small business customers up and down the East Coast. During these trying times, please know that our hearts go out to you and we understand the tremendous impact COVID-19 is having on your daily lives.

Small businesses are critically important to TD—and to the communities where we live and work. You’re the vibrant core of big cities, small towns, sprawling suburbs and rural areas alike. And we know that, already, many small business owners across the country have had to make some extremely difficult decisions, doing their best to support their own customers, employees and families. Not surprisingly, we’ve also witnessed incredible acts of humanity, with communities rallying together for the business owners who’ve loyally served them for years. Through it all, I want you to know that the people of TD stand united in our efforts to extend a helping hand so you can focus on what’s most important—your health, well-being and eventual return to serving the customers who depend on you.

How are we helping? First, our TD Cares program may be able to offer some relief for your immediate financial challenges, waiving certain fees and deferring payments as needed. And as a Preferred Small Business Administration (SBA) Lender, we can help guide you through your lending options. Your business may also be eligible for relief under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, which includes the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP); SBA disaster loans; and loan payment subsidies for existing SBA loans. To learn more about these programs and all the other ways we’re here to help, visit www.td.com/covid-sba. We know you’re taking an especially hard hit right now, and we appreciate your patience as we try to help you and as many small businesses as we can, as quickly as we can, from Maine to Florida.

We also want to remind you that it’s more important than ever to put your health first and do your personal and business banking safely from home—online or on our mobile app. Visit www.td.com/covid to find out how to get started, along with information about the latest store closures, drive-thru and ATM options and measures we’re taking to protect you as well as our TD colleagues.

As we all work together to navigate COVID-19, please be optimistic and recognize that every small step forward is a victory in and of itself. And to those of you who’ve gone above and beyond for your friends, neighbors and communities—whether it’s restaurants donating meals, nonprofits working overtime to make virtual health and educational services accessible or dental practices sharing medical supplies—we can’t thank you enough for your leadership and generosity.

Please take care of yourselves, be kind to one another and stay healthy. Remember, we’re in this together. And we’ll get through this together.

Sincerely,
