NASHVILLE, Tenn. TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank®, is one of 53 employers honored with the prestigious Business Group on Health Best Employers Award: Excellence in Health & Well-being for an exemplary commitment to advancing employee well-being through comprehensive and innovative benefits and initiatives.

The award, now in its 20th year, was announced this week in Nashville at Business Group on Health’s 2025 Annual Conference.

TD was specifically recognized for its new and impactful programs aimed at supporting colleague well-being, including meQuilibrium (meQ), a resilience building tool providing targeted and personalized stress management support, and a Women's Health Hub to connect colleagues with perimenopause and menopause benefits and resources. TD also continued to expand on preexisting initiatives, developing activities on the TD Well-being App (powered by Personify Health) to enhance colleague health and well-being engagement.

"We are thrilled to receive the Excellence in Health & Well-being Award for the second year in a row," said Sheila Gleason, SVP, Head of U.S. Retirement, Benefits & Well-being Strategy at TD Bank. "We strive to support well-being in impactful, innovative ways that meet our colleagues' needs, and we are deeply honored by this esteemed recognition and celebration of our continued efforts in this space – especially as we look ahead to continuing to reaffirm our commitment to colleague well-being during Mental Health Awareness Month."

“Each of the employers recognized by the Business Group goes above and beyond to offer their workforces extensive and forward-thinking benefits and programs,” said Ellen Kelsay, Business Group on Health president and CEO. “In doing so, their pioneering strategies have addressed key health and well-being challenges in the workplace. We extend our congratulations to all the winners.”

The award criteria assess applicants on their approaches to leadership, culture and well-being strategy; holistic well-being, including mental health, financial well-being, social connectedness, job satisfaction, flexibility and time away; engagement and the employee experience; health inclusion and social determinants; and metrics and evaluation.

“The 2025 awardees provide a valuable blueprint for other employers wishing to expand their health and well-being offerings,” said Pamela Rich, Business Group vice president. “We salute all the honorees for their achievements.”

The winners represent a broad and diverse group of industries, geographies, and strategic approaches to employee health and well-being. A full list of winners appears below and is available here.
