Historically Black Colleges and Universities are powerhouses of talent that we feel lucky to hire from—and we're so proud of our Colleagues who came together to share the joy of their school experience and the values their HBCUs imparted.
HBCUs play a powerful role in our country—helping students from all walks of life build a foundation for financial security and bringing Black talent to historically underrepresented fields like STEM, FinTech, medicine and law.
In 2020, our existing relationships with Lincoln University and Delaware State allowed us to quickly donate to their relief fund—providing immediate emergency support for basic necessities, helping students stay enrolled in school and getting them the tech they needed to be successful in a virtual learning setting.
